‘m currently a sophomore in high school. When I was a freshman, I had a 4.0 GPA, and I currently have 3.75 (Chemistry is damn hard, but hey, I’m really working and it’s improving). My PLAN test score was 24 (there was no studying involved) and it predicted by ACT score with little preparation would be 28, meaning if I studied I’d get about 29-32, probably. I was the 2nd highest scorer on the Placement Exam last year and have a 75% four-year scholarship to my Catholic high school.
My activities last year:
-Cheerleading, Yearbook, Mock Trial (Law will be my college major), etc.
This year, I was a Big Sister for incoming freshmen and I am involved in the International Booksharing Project, where I communicate with students at our sister school in Israel. I’ve represented my school for this and the technology director has assigned me and 3 other friends to create a virtual world to connect better with the other students.
I’d ideally like to go to a great university, maybe Ivy League (although I know how selective they are, I’ll still apply), but most of all I want to go to Stanford University or Berkeley.
I do eight hours of community service every semester, and more, and I’ve never had a "track record" (drugs, drinking, embarrassing photos on the Internet), and I am willing to work hard. I’ve never had a job but I’m applying this summer when I turn 16. For what schools do you think I’d be qualified?
If you need personal details:
I’m an white female, American, with German and Indian ("India Indian," not Native American).
I’m a bit of everything, kind of athletic, into music, books, knowing facts, etc.
Also, I take all junior courses as a sophomore:
AP European, Chemistry Honors, Sacred Scripture/Booksharing, Spanish 3, Criminal Justice, Math 3 Honors, and English Honors
@ uhhmazonngg-It takes a lot of balancing. I quit cheerleading after 2 years because of so much drama and how time-consuming it was compared to my other activities. I just work hard, that’s all.
