(as a high schooler… 7th grade Talent Search doesn’t count =)

1)What were your Critical Reading, Math, Writing, and Essay scores? (or Math and Verbal if Old SAT)
2) When, and What grade were you in (ex. November of junior year)
3) If you took it multiple times, did you improve?
4) I’m getting my scores tomorrow… predict my scores! (just for fun… I’m not taking any of these seriously) =)

please help me organize or plan things on how to work for a 2000 + in SAT 1 and SAT 2 on May 3rd and June 7th respectively .for which i can start serious preparation only from march 20th.though my exams get over only on the 31st. but its k.. it is computers subject only not really tough!

im taking the sat 2 biology and am getting 700’s on the princeton review, kaplan, and sparknotes practice tests..and i wanna get a 750 or higher..i was woundering if the actual test is harder then the practice tests.

does anyone know where to find free SAT 2 Biology Practice tests?

Okay, I took a practice test and my scores were (the test was timed strictly and I took exactly 2 breaks)

Reading: 580
Math: 560
Writing: 610
Essay: 10 out of 12

(I took the free one from collegeboard).

I would certainly love to get an 1800 or above on the SAT this Saturday. Possibly a 600 or above on math and reading (I have done so on past practice tests).

Here are my questions

1. What can I do between now and Saturday to give my scores the final boost? (I have done a lot of work over the summer, took no prep courses and did not hire a tutor, I made a 1470 on my March SAT)

2. Should I just relax and keep calm the coming days or should I aggressively review SAT material?

i have a month to study for SAT 2…….along with another huge test which is just a week b4 SAT….which means i will not be able to give a lot of time for Sat prep . I just got over with my Alevels scoring straight As.
I was wondering should I start studying 4rm those huge SAT books or (considering the time left) revise A levels syllabus….and solve questions online. I want to finish the whole syllabus atleast once before appearing in the test which would be very difficult if I start studying from SAT books one subject at a time!!!
Whats your advice? n yeah i just got to know i have to give the tests so its not my fault……

I took the two practice tests from the cb sat 2 us book and got 740 on both tests but I was aiming for a little bit higher than that and closer to 800. What do you think I should do to prepare for the test? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I currently have 2 books for SAT 2 math.. Kaplan and Barrons……

Which is actually like the real test?

My friends who already took this test say that Barrons has extra stuff that u dont need to know….. so which is more like the actual test and the same difficulty???

I am currently a rising junior, and plan to take my SAT’s during june of this school year. I am planning to atleast commit 30 min a night to SAT studying. I am having problems preparing for the test. I have many books ranging from barron’s, Kaplan, and Princeton review, but i need books or that really work, if you have any suggestions i am open to them. And also if you would be kind enough to give me and websites or study ideas or plans, thank you.

I have many regents exams, AP exams, PSAT, SAT, SAT 2 and many many other stuff going on this year. how can i balance such a workload?

How accurate are the Practice tests to the real thing. What did u get on last practice test in CB book and what did u get on real test?
SAT #1 Test-2020
SAT #2 Test-2140
Real SAT-????

Also, what can I expect realistically for my real test. How much harder does it get to improve?
How come I did better on PSAT by about 100 points than my practice tests in Kaplan books which are known to be WAY EASIER than the real test. I think Im a really good test-taker and my gut instinct is that Ill do even BETTER on real test because I focus more and realize how important they r. Thanks for advice, but I think ill do better. I was really just looking for reassurance but it looks like other people dont feel the same way i do.
