You seem to have the intellect and education for Stanford, but considering your GPA (good but clearly below your potential), you may want to give some thought to the learning environment. Stanford, even for undergraduates, is very high-pressure, and if you don’t have a solid idea of what you want to do with your life and the ability to discipline and motivate yourself toward that end, you may flounder there.
A school’s prestige is lovely, but it’s far more important that its environment fit you.
I only say this because in high school, my standardized test scores and GPA were comparable to yours, and I ended up failing out of one of the best universities in the country. It’s surprisingly easy to do if you’re not prepared for the expectations of your school. Now that I’ve found a school which suits me, I’ve got a 4.0 and regained my self-respect.

Apply, the worst they can say is "No". If not, don’t worry about it. I think people overly look at the name of the college like "Yale", "Stanford", Princeton". They are just names. You need to find a college, that you will be effective in attending, the curriculum fits your particular major needs, and one that overall you will enjoy attending. Good Luck.
