Is there any one willing to give me n e advice on n e good free prep courses in St. Louis
or help prep me for the ACT .. I scored badly and need help on rising my score

You probably won’t find any free prep courses or tutors. But there are some great self-study books out there. I highly recommend "Cracking the ACT" by The Princeton Review. I teach out of this book, so if you have any questions you can email me here from Yahoo Answers.
Also, is taking the SAT an option for you? Some students find it to be easier than the ACT. Might help to at least try one and see how you like it.
