ACT Test Question – writing or no writing…?
I am helping an international student apply for school in the United States. He is interested in taking the ACT test. I do not know if he should sign up for the ACT test without writing or with writing.
The schools are asking for “Composite ACT scores.”
Which would be the correct option to choose? What is the difference when applying for scholarships and schools?

Take the ACT writing if there is any doubt about the requirements of the schools to which he will apply. Check carefully though to see if any of them requires writing for an international student./
